Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order. Please note that exchanges are not available for sale items or gift cards.
How to Exchange
To exchange an item for another product or size, please contact us first on our social media platforms or via email. Once confirmed, return the product you received in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. After the return is accepted, you can proceed with the exchange.
Conditions
- Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all exchanges.
